UNODC The UNODC Cybersecurity Repository tracks Cybersecurity statures for all countries in the world. The repository consists of three online databases, containing legislation, case law and lessons learned on cybercrime and electronic evidence. http://cybrepo.unodc.org. A prerequisite for conducting commercial transactions online is to have e-transaction laws that recognize the legal equivalence between paper-based and electronic forms of exchange. Such laws have been adopted by 145 countries, of which 104 developing or transition economies. As of February 2020 the following Ready % applies to countries with Cybersecurity Statutes:
